Episode 1: Twenty Vicodin
A year has passed since House ran Wilson's car into Cuddy's living room - and House has spent most of it in prison. While picking up the threads of his life again, minus Cuddy, he flashes back to memorable scenes from prison life.
Episode 2: Transplant
A surprising visitor makes House an offer he can't refuse by giving him the opportunity to help the Princeton Plainsboro team treat a unique patient in order to save the life of an organ recipient being treated by Wilson. Although House finds himself back on familiar ground, he quickly realizes that much has changed since he left, and he is forced to work on the case with smart yet timid resident Dr. Chi Park. After several inconclusive treatments and with time running out, House and Dr. Park are left with one last option to examine the patient's medical history that could compromise House's conditional agreement with the hospital. Meanwhile, House makes an effort to reconnect with Wilson despite a cold reception.
Episode 3: Charity Case
When Benjamin suddenly collapses after making a rare and generous donation, House and Dr. Chi Park are convinced that his extreme altruistic behavior may indicate a deeper medical disorder. With no definitive explanation for Benjamin's loss of consciousness and unresponsiveness to treatment, House pushes just the right buttons to recruit former prison doctor Jessica Adams to volunteer her time and expertise to the case. Benjamin then makes a bold but life-threatening offer that could save another life, and the team must diagnose his disorder before he puts his own life on the line. Meanwhile, Adams and Park test each other's outlook on generosity and gratitude, and Thirteen's guilt conflicts with her pursuit of personal happiness.
Episode 4: Risky Business
in this episode 4 of season 8 A CEO (Michael Nouri) falls ill mysteriously just after completing a deal to move his company's jobs to China, an action that provokes a strong reaction from Adams. Meanwhile, Park prepares for her hearing before the hospital's disciplinary committee, chaired by Foreman.
Episode 5: The Confession
A pillar of the community and devoted family man experiences an apparent heart attack while having an affair with a young woman. He falls under the care of House and his team, where he continues to exhibit strange symptoms and begins to confess to numerous sins to both his family and friends. Chase and Taub return to the team; House is convinced that at least one of Taubs children is not biologically his, and tries to get a sample for a DNA test to prove his theory.
Episode 6: Parents
The team tells the patients parents that if its endocarditis, its treatable. his mother wonders if it was the stress of performing, but the patient insists he wants to be a clown for a living, like his biological father. His stepfather tells the doctors the biological father had a melanoma, but Taub doesnt think its relevant.

Episode 8: Perils of Paranoia
Fox picked up the show, it acquired the working title Chasing Zebras, Circling the Drain. ("zebra" is medical slang for an unusual or obscure diagnosis, while "circling the drain" refers to terminal cases, patients in an irreversible decline) . The original premise of the show was of a team of doctors working together trying to "diagnose the undiagnosable".
Episode 9: Better Half
Individual episodes of the series contain additional references to the Sherlock Holmes tales. The main patient in the pilot episode is named Rebecca Adler after Irene Adler, a character in the first Holmes short story, "A Scandal in Bohemia". Episode 10: Runaways
House is examining a young girl in the clinic and asks her father how long she has had trouble breathing - its been about a week. He asks about the last time she saw a doctor, and she says it was about five months ago to treat strep throat where she was treated with amoxicillin. She asks for an inhaler because she thinks it is asthma but House accuses her and the man shes with of being unrelated.
Episode 11: Nobody's Fault
In this episode, the viewers get to see the following events in the story. When a team member is injured while treating a patient, Foreman brings in his old mentor Dr. Cofield to get to the truth. However, it soon becomes clear that someone is at blame. even though the team insists that nobody is to blame.

In this interlude. House and the team take on the case of a young boy who has dangerous dreams of being choked. After getting awake from the dream still he can't take in air. Meanwhile, Park is having intimate dreams regarding co-workers. Also, Dominika discovers a secret that could ruin her relationship with House.

In this installment of the show. The team faces some new challenge when they have to deal with some new physician who is also the mom of the patient. Her six year old girl is suffering from several strange diseases. In the meantime, Both House and Wilson are planning to move out for their exciting vacations.

In this installment of the show. After the news about the missing House spreads everywhere, everyone get shocked. The team has to operate a diagnostician but his faith on House block the team to start his treatment. Chase and others are trying to convince him and said House is somewhere else but advising them for his treatment.

In this elongation of the show, the team has come up with the case of Derrick, a 19 year old college student who has got a health problem both physiological and psychological. She suffers from nose bleeding while cheer leading practice and it was found that she hear the voice of his dead brother in her head.
